Nourishment is one of the greatest investments you can make in your postpartum recovery. Through thoughtfully prepared, in-home meals, I help support healing, restore energy, and lighten the mental load of nourishing yourself and your family during the fourth trimester.
Postpartum Nourishment/Meal Preparation
A nurturing postpartum experience created to support rest and relaxation during the transition into motherhood.
This ritual includes an intentional herbal bath experience with calming meditation music, candles, and flowers, followed by a peaceful 45-minute full-body Abhyanga-inspired massage with gentle aromatics and grounding practices.
The experience concludes with a warm, nourishing herbal infusion, offering a final moment of rest, reflection, and replenishment before you return to your day.
Together, this 75-minute experience is designed to encourage deep relaxation, body awareness, and moments of care during postpartum recovery.
The Sacred Renewal Ritual

A 75-minute postpartum ritual centered around grounding, reconnection, and honoring the transition into motherhood.
This intentional ritual includes a traditional herbal yoni steam, gentle womb massage, rebozo hip support and relaxation techniques, and belly binding to provide warmth, comfort, and support during the postpartum healing process. Your belly bind is yours to keep so you can continue your recovery at home.
The experience concludes with a warm ceremonial cacao, inviting you to pause, reflect, and nourish yourself as you embrace this new chapter of motherhood.

Receive 7% off your package when paid in full at the time of booking.
Retainer + Final Payment
A non-refundable deposit of one-third of the package price is required to reserve your due date.
The remaining balance is due by 36 weeks gestation.
