My journey to birthwork began with a conversation; one that stayed with me long after it ended. My mother shared her experience of giving birth to me, alone in a hospital, unable to speak English, without anyone to advocate for her or any birth education. Her voice wasn’t heard. Her needs weren’t met. That story lit a fire in me.

I’ve always known I wanted to dedicate my life to helping women, but that moment gave my purpose direction.

I became a doula to help change the narrative.
To remind women that their voices matter.
That birth is not something to be endured: It’s something to be honored.

My approach is both holistic and evidence-based, grounded in respect for every birthing person’s choices. Whether you're preparing for a hospital birth, a home birth, an unmedicated delivery, or a birth with medical support, I’m here for you.

I especially hold space for first-time moms and Hispanic mothers navigating language barriers or cultural gaps in care. I see you. You deserve to feel safe, supported, and powerful during your birth experience.

As your doula, I’m here to guide, listen, and hold space for whatever your birth journey looks like. My goal is to help you step into your power, trust your body, and feel like the goddess you truly are.
